Terrific staff, good sized and very clean rooms. We enjoyed the bed, it was large. Plenty of FABULOUS options for meal. Great base for exploring Lucerne.

We liked atmosphere and rooms, the venue organised everything for us. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Bistro Sprengi that was only 5 minutes' walk away...
